How to prepare with জয়যাত্ৰা: the complete VEDA guide
One loop, repeated every week: Verify your target, Evaluate where you stand, Design a plan that fits your day, and Achieve by practising what holds up.
Most aspirants in Assam do not fail for lack of effort. They fail because effort goes to the wrong place: a syllabus that changed, a topic they already knew, a mock taken without review. জয়যাত্ৰা is built around one simple idea, the VEDA method, so that every hour you spend leaves evidence you can act on.
The four steps
- Verify
Know your real target before you study a single page: the official notice, eligibility, paper pattern, marking scheme and dates. Every exam page on joyjatra.win shows these with a source and a “last checked” date.
- Evaluate
Find your true starting point with a short diagnostic. You see every answer and every explanation. No invented mastery score, no selection probability.
- Design
Turn that evidence into a plan that fits your actual day. Start with a 50–30–20 split of learn, practise and revise, then let your own results reshape it.
- Achieve
Practise what stands up: daily quiz, topic banks, timed mocks, Smriti recall cards and a mistake notebook, so every error becomes tomorrow’s strength.
The loop repeats weekly. Each Sunday (or whichever day suits you) you check the notice board, look at what last week’s practice showed, plan the next seven days around the biggest gap and go again.
Your first day, in 30 minutes
- Open joyjatra Go on your phone, or the free 5-minute test on any browser. No account is needed to start.
- Pick every exam you are preparing for. Your first pick leads the plan; shared subjects (Assam GK, English, reasoning) count for all of them.
- Read the Verify checklist for your exam and tick what you have confirmed in the official notice.
- Take the 10-question baseline. Read every explanation, even for questions you got right.
- Set your hours a day and save the plan. Tomorrow, the Today screen shows five tasks built from your own progress.

What জয়যাত্ৰা will never do
- Predict your rank, cut-off or selection. We show your own numbers and, for the daily quiz, how you compare with other learners, always with the sample size.
- Pretend a rumour is a notice. Every notice is labelled Official, Reported or Rumour, with its source.
- Replace the official notification. Eligibility is decided only by the recruiting body.
