Refund and cancellation policy

Cancellation

Plans never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Your access simply ends on the date shown in My plan.

Full refund within 7 days

If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of a payment and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method. Refunds are usually credited within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Payment taken but plan not active

If money was deducted but your plan did not activate, it is usually confirmed automatically within a few minutes. If not, write to us with the payment ID shown in your UPI or bank app and we will activate the plan or refund you in full.

Write to support@joyjatra.win from the email or username on your account, with the payment ID from My plan.
